Principal Lucy Liang is the Senior Adviser and Senior Lecturer at the Business Research Institute China Centre in Chester.   She is mainly engaged in teaching and research work such as corporate strategy, entrepreneurship, career development, cross-cultural communication, and innovation. 
Lucy is the founder of AUE Limited, a business consultancy firm for international education and business. Lucy is a Board Member/Trustee for Citizens Advice Wirral.  Lucy is a Business Mentor at SPORTED, a non for profit organization to support youth sports organisations throughout UK.  Lucy has studied at Beijing Foreign Studies University and obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Auckland.

Rui Pei has been working at hotel industries as General manager assistant and translator in many different cities all around China. Now she’s working in a Wales primary school as a nursery and school club classroom assistant.She has good knowledges and experiences working with early years and key stage children. As a mum of a five years old daughter she also enjoys speaking and playing  with them and understand their interests and behaviors well.

Teacher Helen Frost has been trained and qualified as a teacher in China. After moving to the UK, she joined Quality Hydraulic Power Ltd, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of hydraulic accumulator. While working in the company as Financial Controller previously ,then cost accountat presently (part time due to family commitments), Teacher Helen has always been teaching part time. She enjoys teaching in a fun and interactive way.

Judy Zhu has a Bachelor degree at English Education, Xi An Foreign Language University. She is very experienced with class designing, and has studied Child Psychology.
She taught and worked in China for 8 years in many industries, including education, real estate and marketing etc. She loves talking with children and understands them. 

Cathy Wang is now a junior in business finance at Chester University and a senior in investment at Sichuan Agricultural University. She grew up in Anhui and studied in Sichuan. She has a good understanding of Chinese folk culture, Chinese history and Chinese classical literature.

Cao Xiaoyu is now studying at the University of Chester for a master’s degree in cardiovascular Rehabilitation. He was born in Anyang City, Henan Province, and graduated from Tianjin Tiens University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. I took part in a lot of voluntary activities in college. She used to be a teacher inSunshine Counseling Center for Rare Disorder. In her senior year, she worked as an intern in the Fourth Central Hospital of Tianjin for 10 months.

Guo Qianqian is from Tangshan City, Hebei Province, China. She is a undergraduate student in Dezhou University of Shandong Province. She majored in music performance in the school of music of Dezhou University. She mainly studies bel canto. She has served as a concert host for many times and participated in performances. During her study, she published her own papers in Chinese music books and magazines, and won the first prize in the provincial singing competition. In addition, she once worked as an internship music teacher in the 11th Middle School of Dezhou City, Shandong Province.

Qu Xiaochen, a first-year composite materials majoring at the University of Chester. A native of Shanxi Province who grew up in Chongqing, received her bachelor’s degree from Harbin Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in maritime engineering from the University of Southampton.

Yoyo is a Ph.D. student at Chester University. Her research interests are Chinese-English education and Chinese family business education. She is keen to participate in Sino-British educational exchange activities and profoundly understands the Sino-British educational environment and market. Yoyo loves painting and likes to interact and communicate with children.

Xiao Xiao is from Chongqing, China. He is an undergraduate majoring in finance at Wuhan University. He have studied calligraphy, Chinese painting, and seal cutting. Since childhood, I have been fond of reading and have a strong interest in ancient Chinese classics. He is now studying the Analects of Confucius. Have a deep understanding of Chinese culture.

Hayley graduated from Henan University, majoring in English. She is currently studying an
MA in English Language and Linguistics student at the University of Chester. She has been engaged in international education, mainly focusing on helping students to study in the UK and Australia for almost 10 years. In addition to the business of studying abroad, she also serves as an English teacher for IELTS and TOEFL, covering students of all ages, so she can have a good understanding of students’ learning psychology and learning state. She is very friendly and patient.

Bella is from Harbin, China. She is an undergraduate majoring in Business Management at University of Chester. Bella was served as a teaching supervisor in Onebest International Education Centre, who is also has the experience on studying piano, pencil sketch and calligraphy. She was participated in school choir and win the municipal first prize.

Miss Xueqing Li has obtained PGCE Secondary Mandarin School Direct from the University of Winchester. She was a senior high school English teacher from Chengdu Sichuan Province China. She has been a Mandarin teacher for 5 years in the UK. The unique features of her teaching are Mandarin Chinese Immersion and activity approaches. She is also good at running extra-curriculum activites such as Taiji, Chinese calligraphy and Chinese drama.
